Baua88 Terms and Conditions — Complete guidelines for using the platform

Welcome to baua88. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between baua88 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users ("you" or "member").

By registering, logging in, or using any service on baua88, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Baua88 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We are committed to delivering our services in a trustworthy, transparent, and responsible manner.

To create an account on baua88, you must provide accurate information in the registration form. baua88 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false or misleading information.

• Each individual may only create One account per account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts and balances may be forfeited.
• Always keep your account password confidential. baua88 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your password with a third party or allowing others to access your account.
• Keep the email address used during account registration active at all times. Important notices will be sent to that address.
• When requested to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

Baua88 is strictly for adults. To use the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
• You are creating this account for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not have any mental condition or addiction that impairs your ability to make sound decisions.

Deposits on baua88 can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Each payment method has its own processing time and limits.

• Deposit: Your balance is usually updated instantly after a successful payment. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Baua88 follows a policy of returning withdrawals via the same method used for the original deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• Baua88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if a transaction is deemed suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the payments page.

Baua88 bonus offers are designed to give members added value — however, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• Duration: Each bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts may result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts suspended.
• Baua88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice.
• Baua88 reserves the right to close any account found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit loopholes.

All games on baua88 use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is fair and random.

• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, baua88 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your balance.
• If an error is found in a betting result — even after a payout has already been processed — baua88 reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• If a match in Sports Betting is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned — in accumulator bets, that selection will simply be removed.
• Any payout resulting from a software bug or system failure that is abnormal in amount will not be considered valid.

Baua88 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your information is never sold or transferred to third parties — however, it may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law.
• If unusual login activity or suspicious behavior is detected, baua88 may temporarily suspend the account for security purposes.
• You are solely responsible if your account credentials are used in phishing or any other fraudulent activity.
